The Challenge
An established industry leader in the provision of advanced marketing and sales strategies for the real estate sector launched a new company called Higher Ground. This endeavour required a corporate identity package and a search engine optimized website to generate sales leads and communicate the company’s services and expertise, along with a companion brochure as a leave-behind for new business presentations.

The target audience consists of resort and urban real estate developers seeking an innovative, full service, results-driven real estate marketing and sales organization with an international vision.
The Solution
A sharp, bold red and black design was created for the logo, stationary package and business cards, and was carried throughout the high-impact website and brochure. The website creative is sharp, sophisticated and dramatic, and presents content in a visually-enticing style with a tailored structure designed to lead prospects through the site. Built-in interactive features were employed to engage website visitors and improve retention, while strategically-placed call-to-action buttons were created to elicit response.
